A wellness exam is a chance to discuss your pet’s health, review preventive care, and ask questions. Any additional services are discussed and billed separately.

- One pet and one scheduled wellness exam per household, booked in advance
- Not valid for same-day appointments, Saturdays, sick visits, urgent care, or emergencies
- Exam fee only; vaccines, diagnostics, medications, treatments, and other services are billed separately

Deposit & cancellation
- A $55 deposit is required to hold the appointment
- At an attended visit, the deposit applies to the invoice; any unused remainder is refunded to the original payment method
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance for a refund or transfer
- Cancellation inside 24 hours or a no-show forfeits the deposit; a new deposit is required to rebook.
