Appointment deposits

A $55 appointment deposit applies to all new clients and free-exam bookings. It also applies to existing clients with a recorded prior no-show or cancellation inside 24 hours.

A $55 deposit is required to hold the appointment. At an attended visit, the deposit applies to the invoice; any unused remainder is refunded to the original payment method. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance for a refund or transfer. Cancellation inside 24 hours or a no-show forfeits the deposit; a new deposit is required to rebook.

Surgery deposits

Elective surgery requires a $150 booking deposit. Emergency surgery generally requires a deposit equal to 50% of the low end of the estimate. A surgery deposit applies to the invoice; the remaining balance is due at discharge.

Rescheduling transfers the surgery deposit to the new date. Client cancellation or a no-show forfeits it. If the clinic cancels or the procedure cannot proceed for medical reasons, we offer a refund or transfer.

Protect your payment information

Pay through the clinic’s approved payment process. Please do not send card details through a contact form, email, or text message.
