Questions about pricing

Is a listed range a fixed quote?

No. Your pet’s examination determines the final estimate. The team will discuss additional care and costs with you.

Does urgent care have a higher exam fee?

The listed wellness, sick, and urgent care exam fees are each $74.02. Additional tests, medication, and treatment are separate.

Can I use a free exam for an urgent visit?

No. The new-client offer is for a scheduled wellness exam booked in advance. Same-day, sick, urgent, and emergency visits are excluded.

How does pet insurance work?

Coverage and reimbursement depend on your policy. Check your insurer’s terms and speak with our team about the paperwork you need.
